ARIA is an AI-powered personal assistant platform offered as a subscription SaaS product. ARIA helps you manage information, automate tasks, handle communications, and access AI capabilities through a conversational interface.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to use ARIA. By creating an account, you confirm you meet these requirements.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your password secure and confidential
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Providing accurate registration information

Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use ARIA for any illegal purpose or in violation of any law
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract ARIA's source code
• Use ARIA to harass, harm, or defraud others
• Overload or deliberately attempt to disrupt the service
• Circumvent any access controls or rate limits

5. Subscription and Payment

• ARIA is offered on a subscription basis, billed monthly or annually
• Payments are processed by Stripe — see stripe.com/privacy for their terms
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Refunds are issued at the operator's discretion — contact support within 7 days of a charge if you have a concern
• Free tier features may be changed or discontinued with 30 days notice

6. Limitation of Liability

ARIA's responses are generated by AI and do not constitute professional legal, medical, financial, or other regulated advice. You should seek qualified professional advice for any important decision.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ARIA's liability to you is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.

7. Intellectual Property

• The ARIA platform, code, and design are owned by the operator
• Your data (messages, documents, personal information) remains yours
• You grant ARIA a limited licence to process your data to provide the service

8. Termination

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from billing settings
• The operator may terminate your account for violations of these Terms with notice
• On termination, your right to use the service ends. Your data rights (export, erasure) remain.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Australia.
